For two decades, Impladent Ltd. has been recognized as a leader in the innovation and development of synthetic resorbable bone grafts, osteocompressive immediate-load dental implants, and surgical armamentarium. In 1985, Impladent Ltd. revolutionized the synthetic bone graft market with its unique proprietary manufacturing technology and the subsequent introduction of OsteoGen® Synthetic Bioactive Resorbable Graft (SBRG) used for bone augmentation and repair of alveolar defects. In its 41,000 square foot facility, Impladent provides bulk manufacturing and clean room Class 100 environment for devices and pharmaceuticals.

Following the introduction of the world’s first three-dimensional dental implants in 1980, Impladent Ltd. continued to specialize in the implant field, and in 1996 introduced the LaminOss® Osteocompressive Immediate-Load Implant System. The LaminOss® implant bridges the gap between the science of dentistry and orthopedic technology by being the only dental implant on the market that uses osteocompression. Using the science of streaming electro-potentials, the LaminOss® immediate-load implant provides physiologic stimulation through osseous lamination at implant interface at time of placement. Hence, the patient is provided with a set of functioning teeth on the day of implant surgery. Soft diet is suggested for seven to ten days. With the introduction in 1999 of it’s ATR 3000 Surgical micromotor with high torque control that provides settings to determine bone densities for a D1 through D4 bone quality. This unit provides a physio-dispenser and ten programmable channels for 3 to 72 Ncm of torque, Impladent Ltd. offers a cost effective, reliable surgical unit that has the latest features and requires only one contra-angle for all procedures.
