How do I return an item?

Return Policy:
Ask for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Returns must be shipped prepaid to be accepted by our return department.
  • I. IMPLADENT LTD. DOES NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF OR REFUND ANY STERILE PRODUCTS.
  • II. No credits, exchanges or refunds will be provided on discounted and/or special promotions products.
  • III. Customers may return unopened, undamaged and unmarked product in its original package. All returned product must be in sellable condition. Credit will be issued upon inspection and review of goods received; under the following conditions:
    • 1. Returned Products must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) obtained from an Impladent Ltd. Customer Service Supervisor by calling (800) 526-9343.
      • a. All freight must be prepaid by the customer for any returned merchandise and sent to the attention of:
        • Impladent Ltd. - Returns Department
          86-90 188th St.
          Jamaica, NY 11423
      • b. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all product returned to Impladent Ltd.
    • 2. Product exchange - The replacement product will be billed on date of shipment. The credit card will be credited once the original product is received.
    • 3. After 30 days, there are no returns or refunds for any product.
